In-Store and Website Orders
This policy applies to any product purchased directly through our Norwood showroom or selected from items showcased on our website.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before processing or fabrication begins. If materials have already been ordered, cut, fabricated, or shipped, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
Returns on Stock Items
Some non-custom, in-stock products (such as select furniture, planters, lighting, or appliances) may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

Return must be requested within 14 days of purchase.

Item must be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition.

A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of pickup or delivery. We may request photos or inspect the item to confirm the issue. If a product is found to be defective, we will repair, replace, or refund it at our discretion.
